Abstract submission
Please use the abstract template, which can be downloaded here as .pdf(link) or .doc file. The abstract should be sent to the EAI Chair, Wolf Geppert wgeppert@fysik.su.se.
The deadline for abstract submission is 15 January 2027.
Bursaries
Will be available for students and early career scientists from EAI Participating Institutions in case they submit an abstract. They will include
- waiver of the registration fee
- accommodation in share double rooms at Raatuse hostel (or a per diem of the same amount).
Please mention in your abstract submission mail that you apply for a bursary.
Registration
Will be opened in October. Registration deadline is 15 March 2027. After the deadline registration fees cannot be reimbursed.
