Abstract submission
Notice: Due to the sheer amount of abstracts we could not reply to al submitters yet. The abstract deadline has passed on February 15th, but we accept late abstracts until February 20th. If you have submitted an abstract but do not receive a reply until Sunday, February 23rd, please drop us a line. We thank all abstract submitters!
Please use the Abstract form (button below) to compose your abstract. Send the abstract to wgeppert@fysik.su.se. There is no limit to the number of abstract per person.
Bursaries are available for students and early career researchers (whose Ph.D. in an astrobiology-related field was awarded later than 15 February 2017) from institutions participating in the EAI (see a list here).
If you wish to apply for a bursary, please mention this in email accompanying your abstract. Bursaries will cover
- the registration fee
- a bed in a multiple room at the Loft hostel with en-suite facilities or a contribution with the same amount
Abstract submission deadline is 15 February 2025. Abstract submitters will be informed about the outcome of the selection process soon after the deadline.

Please use the registration link (button below) to register. Registration deadline is 31 March 2025.
Registration fees include:
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
- Finger food buffet during two (2) poster sessions at two evenings
- Conference material
Please note that the registration with an accommodation option constitutes an accommodation booking. In case of cancellation or no-show, cancellation fees up to 100 % of the total booking costs will be charged.
Registration deadline is the March 31st, 2025. After that, paid registration fees will not be refunded. We recommend a travel insurance for that case.
