Abstract submission
The abstract deadline has passed, but we late abstracts for posters until March 31st.
Please use the Abstract form (button below) to compose your abstract. Send the abstract to wgeppert@fysik.su.se. There is no limit to the number of abstract per person.
Bursaries are available for students and early career researchers (whose Ph.D. in an astrobiology-related field was awarded later than 15 February 2017) from institutions participating in the EAI (see a list here).
If you wish to apply for a bursary, please mention this in email accompanying your abstract. Bursaries will cover
- the registration fee
- a bed in a multiple room at the Loft hostel with en-suite facilities or a contribution with the same amount
Abstract submission deadline is 15 February 2025. Abstract submitters will be informed about the outcome of the selection process around March 15. Late submission of abstracts is possible up to March 31, 2025, but such abstracts will only be considered for posters.
Registration and accommodation booking
Please use the registration link (button below) to register and book accommodation - information about accommodation is on the "Venue & Accommodation" webpage. Accommodation prices are for arrival on June 30th and departure on July 6th. Registration deadline is 15 April 2025. Participants wishing to take part in the after-conference excursion must register for that until 31 March though.
Registration fees include:
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
- Finger food buffet during two (2) poster sessions at two evenings
- Conference material
Please note that the registration with an accommodation option constitutes an accommodation booking. In case of cancellation or no-show, cancellation fees up to 100 % of the total booking costs will be charged.
Registration deadline is the March 31st, 2025. After that, paid registration fees will not be refunded. We recommend a travel insurance for that case.
