Application procedures

Please filll in the application form, which can be downloaded as .doc or .pdf file here. the application should contain:

  • the completed application form
  • a curriculum vitae

Applications should be sent by e-mail to Wolf Geppert, wgeppert@fysiik.su.se as attachment. It would be nice if you can send it in one file. Please note that incomplete applications can be disregarded without further notice.

Upon receipt of your application you wiill receive a confirmation. Course organisers cannot, however, accept any liability for applications lost in cyberspace. Deadline for application is 15 April 2026.  

Sadly, we cannot offer any bursaries.

School Packages and Prices

There is no registration fee for the event but participants will have to pay for their own accommodation, meals and lodging. This will amout to

  • EUR 1450,- for early career people (up to 40 years of age) from EAI institutions
  • EUR 1650,- for senior people (over 40 years of age) from EAI institutions
  • EUR 1650,- for early career people (up to 40 years of age) from non-EAI institutions
  • EUR 1850,- for senior people (over 40 years of age) from non-EAI institutions

 

This course package fee covers

  • Accommodation in shared quadruple or triple bedrooms with en-suite facilities 17th 2026 evening to 27th June 2026 morning
  • Breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches from 18 June 2026 evening to 27 June 2026 morning.
  • Excursions as specified in the programme
  • Transfer between the course venues
  • Farewell dinner
  • Course material including consumables
