Application and registration procedure
Please send the application form which can be downloaded as a .doc or .pdf file form (all three pages as one .doc or .pdf file) until 15 January 2026 by e-mail to wgeppert@fysik.su.se. For enquiries send a message to the same e-mail address or contact Wolf D. Geppert by phone under: ++46-(0)72-3691155. By sending this form you certify that all the information provided is correct and complete. Submitted incomplete or (even partly) incorrect forms will be disregarded.
Reminder: Do not forget to fill out page 2 (you curriculum vitae), 3 (description of reasons why you want to attend the summer school) and 4 (publication list) of the form !
Deadline for application is 15 January 2026.
Bursaries
There is no registration fee for the event but participants will have to pay for their own accommodation, meals and lodging. Bursaries of EUR 100 per day attended plus one day for travel (covering almost the whole costs for a shared double room and the meals) are available for early career scientists and students (below an age of 40) affiliated to institutions in COST countries.

Registration procedures will be announced in due course.
Deadline for registration is 5 February 2026.
School Packages and Prices
The conference packages include:
- Accommodation in the specified room (see table)
- Meals from dinner on 14th April to breakfast on 23rd April
- One glass of wine, beer or non-alcoholic drink per lunch and dinner
- Coffee breaks from 28th, 29th and 30th April
- Conference material
As stated, bursaries of EUR 100, per attended day and 1 day for travel will be paid to early career researchers (around 25000 CZK). Thus, it will roughly cover the meals and the accommodation in a shared double room.
