The Accomodation booking at the venue has to be done via the hotel website directly. Prices are affordable (around 75€/night for single rooms and 100€/night and room for double rooms) and you can use our Promo code: PHYSICSTOCKHOLM (code valid until 31st of March 2023)
For Students and early career scientists from EAI Participating Entities who received a bursary: The bursaries cover accommodation and meals but NOT travel and other costs (excursions etc.).
