EUROPEAN ASTROBIOLOGY INSTITUTE 

GENERAL ASSEMBLY 2019

The First General Assembly of the European Astrobiology Institute (EAI) will be taking place from 28th to 30th May 2019 at Liblice Castle, Czech Republic.  It will contain the following programme points:

 

  • Scientific talks mapping out the future directions in research in astrobiology
  • Elections of the Management Committee of the Institute
  • Decision about the Statutes of the EAI
  • Discussions about the future activities of the Institute and its Working Groups

There will be no registration fee for the event but participants will have to pay for their own accommodation and lodging (which are very reasonably priced) . For accommodation and meal prices please check the Registration page. Liblice Caste is a top-renovated Baroque Castle and only a 40 minutes drive from Prague Vaclav Havel Airport. The meeting is open to all interested scientists and students (also those  from institutions not taking part in the EAI). However, invitaton letters to visa are only issued to invited speakers and poster presenters selected by the Interim Board of the EAI. We are looking forward to welcoming you at LIblice Castle!
